Welcome to I Am Cookie and Sugar Company! At I Am Cookie and Sugar Company, baking is more than a craft - it’s a tradition passed down through generations. I grew up in a family where everyone was taught how to cook and bake. My grandmother use to say, “It doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, you should know how to cook and know how to bake - just in case you have a sweet tooth.” From a young age, I found myself in the kitchen with my grandmother, mother, and sometimes my grandfather, learning the art of creating comforting meals and sweet treats. While I learned to cook, my heart always belonged to baking. Today, I’m proud to carry on those lessons, creating scratch-made, Southern luxury desserts - cookies and brownies crafted with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of love, just like my grandmother and mother taught me.
